Contract: Full-time

Start Date: September 2024

Pay Rate: £83 - £100 per day

GSL Education Lincolnshire is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a supportive team in Spalding. This full-time role starts in September 2024 and offers a chance to make a significant impact on student development.

Responsibilities:

• Support classroom activities and assist the lead teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
• Provide one-on-one support to students, including those with special educational needs.
• Help with the preparation of classroom resources and materials.
• Foster a positive learning environment and encourage student participation.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is advantageous.
• A strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection.
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one.
