Overview
Our Client's focus is on delivering exceptional service to both our clients and our team. The Facilities Supervisor plays a pivotal role in ensuring a welcoming, clean, and well-organised office environment, crucial for providing excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
Office:
路Supervise the Facilities team, fostering a collaborative and supportive environment.
路Ensure the team meets the day-to-day needs of the business.
路Review supplier costs to optimise expenses.
路Ensure all visitors receive a warm and professional welcome.
路Monitor the facilities inbox and handle inquiries promptly.
路Assist with office moves and workstation setups, updating office floor plans as needed.
路Manage external contractors for cleaning and maintenance.
路Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the building and communal areas.
路Transport items between offices and other locations when necessary.
路Cover reception duties in the absence of the receptionist.
Property:
路Maintain the company property register and asset log.
路Ensure building safety, including regular fire alarm checks and evacuations.
路Support maintenance projects and update the site maintenance log.
路Conduct building inspections, identifying and reporting concerns.
Administration
路Sort incoming office post and manage deliveries.
路Frank outgoing post and maintain the franking machine.
路Log incoming cheques and deposit them at the bank.
路Manage digital file storage and document destruction.
路Assist in locating and managing files and deeds.
路Check invoices and provide general administrative support as needed.
