Meraki are delighted to be partnered with a High Growth Independent company specialised in Fund and Corporate administrative services. Our client has rapidly expanded over the last few years and are looking to bring on a Fund Accounting Manager to join their team based in Jersey.  Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date bookkeeping for all fund and corporate structures.
  • Deliver financial statements, investor reports, and other documents within client or regulatory deadlines.
  • Manage and resolve queries from colleagues, clients, and auditors.
  • Provide exceptional client service throughout the entire life cycle.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and advisors, showing responsiveness and market awareness.
  • Mentor junior staff under senior supervision.
  • Oversee all accounting matters for clients, including reporting and participation in board/shareholder meetings.
  • Coordinate fund accounting operations and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Strong understanding of quality client service.
  • Several years of experience working in the Funds space
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS and UK GAAP.
  • Must be a Qualified Accountant or Equivalent
  • In-depth knowledge of financial services regulations and legal requirements.
