Recognized as a leading team in the region by both Legal 500 and Chambers HNW, this is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic group making a significant impact in this area of law.The OpportunityIn this role, you will advise on all aspects of contentious trusts and probate matters, including:

Removing executors or trustees
Making or defending claims against executors, trustees, or beneficiaries
Challenging Wills or Trusts
Inheritance Act claims and Court of Protection disputes
Power of Attorney disputes

The successful candidate will also play a key role in supervising junior team members and engaging in business development efforts to grow the practice. The firm has a strong client base of local families, as well as high-net-worth individuals from London and beyond, providing a varied and challenging caseload.Candidate ProfileThe firm is open to applications from talented professionals at all levels, whether you are an Associate ready to build your expertise, a Senior Associate looking for more responsibility, or a Partner seeking an exciting new opportunity. The ideal candidates will have:

A minimum of 4 years' experience in contentious probate
A solid understanding of contested trusts and probate matters, including the Inheritance Act
Strong client relationship and communication skills
The ability to work well within a team
Experience with case management systems and efficient working practices
Industry-specific accreditation (e.g., ACTAPS or SFE) is highly desirable
