Due to company expansion, our clients, a highly respected Estate Agent is currently looking to employ an experienced After Sales Progressor within the St Albans area. 

This position will be office-based.

The successful After Sales Progressor will be offered:

  • Up to £28,000 basic salary
  • £30,000 - £35,000 On Target Earnings
  • Mileage Expenses
  • 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
  • Extra Day off for your Birthday
  • Incentives/Competitions

Working Hours:

  • Mondays – Friday | 08:30 – 18:00

To be considered for the After Sales Progressor you must have:

  • Either conveyancing or sales progression background
  • Excellent Organisational Skills
  • Ability to manage expectations from the start of the process.

As an After Sales Progressor your role will include but not limited to:

  • Managing a pipeline of 60+ properties
  • Keeping in contact with agents/solicitors and updating vendors/buyers
