We are now seeking a Private Client Paralegal to join their highly regarded Private Client team.In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing client files, taking client instructions, and drafting key documents such as Wills and Powers of Attorney. You will assist with the administration of Estates and Trusts while providing secretarial and administrative support to the Team Leader and other team members when required.Key duties include delivering a courteous, efficient service to clients, ensuring work is prepared to the firm’s standards, and adhering to the Solicitors Code of Conduct. You will help maintain a high standard of file management, time-recording, and billing. You’ll also collaborate with colleagues across departments to introduce clients to additional services where appropriate.Additionally, you’ll be responsible for maintaining client files, scheduling meetings, liaising with clients, managing correspondence, and ensuring prompt and accurate billing. Secretarial and administrative tasks such as typing, filing, and handling client queries will also be part of your role.The ideal candidate will have experience within a Private Client Department of a law firm, with strong communication skills, a proactive approach, and the ability to work calmly under pressure.
