An ambitious, dynamic and sustainable company who are based minutes from St Albans town centre are looking for an PA/ Office Manager to support the General Manager and the senior management team.

This role will suit an experienced, dynamic Office Manager/ PA with excellent organisational and communication skills.

Key responsibilities:

  • Supporting the General Managers and their teams with PA activities as required
  • Booking travel and accommodation
  • Scheduling appointments and managing diaries
  • Organise office operations and procedures
  • Supporting with Office Management duties - Maintaining the office condition and arrange necessary repairs
  • Partner with HR to assist in the onboarding process for new hires and full employee life cycle
  • Address employees queries regarding office management issues
  • Liaise with facility management vendors, including cleaning, catering and security services
  • Assisting with ongoing projects to help further integrate the business with parent company

What they are looking for:

  • Previous PA/ Office Manager experience
  • Educated to Degree level
  • Previous experience of working within process driven organisation
  • Previous experience of managing heavy diary schedules, travel, meetings & events
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office including Outlook
  • Experience of covering Facilities including knowledge around Health & Safety - dealing with contractors / maintenance
  • Switched on, with lots of initiative
  • Highly organised and efficient
  • Self-motivated and able to work under own autonomy or as part of a team
  • High level of personal organisation and attention to detail
  • A positive 'can-do' attitude with creative flair
