About the Role:You’ll be a vital part of our team, managing the sales cycle from initial contact through to delivery, reporting directly to a Senior Sales Manager. As a key contributor to our success, you’ll build and maintain client relationships, generate quotes, process orders, and ensure outstanding client satisfaction. This role offers variety and challenges, from re-engaging past clients to discovering new market opportunities, all while keeping CRM records organized and accurate.

What You’ll Do:

  • Client Relationship Management: Own the client journey from inquiry through to order fulfillment, ensuring an exceptional experience at every step.
  • Sales & Account Development: Drive growth by nurturing relationships with new and returning clients, handling inquiries, generating quotes, and overseeing ongoing orders.
  • Customer Service & CRM: Respond to incoming calls, update CRM records with precision, and guarantee seamless account management.
  • Proactive Sales Initiatives: Proactively reach out to re-engage inactive clients, research new opportunities, and find upsell/cross-sell options.
  • Collaborative Support: Pitch in with broader business initiatives, including exciting marketing activities.
