The company is a recognised name in the UK telecoms sector, delivering mobile, broadband, and VoIP solutions to thousands of business clients nationwide.We are searching for an experienced Financial Controller, with telecoms experience, ready to step into a leadership role with real influence.What’s in it for you:

Company and Role:This is a key leadership role within the business, reporting to the Managing Director and working closely with the senior management team to ensure financial health and operational efficiency.
  • Full responsibility for day-to-day finance operations and reporting
  • Preparing and presenting monthly management accounts
  • Cash flow forecasting and financial planning
  • Budgeting and performance analysis
  • Driving cost efficiencies and supporting strategic decision-making
  • Managing audits and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Improving financial processes and internal controls
  • Mentoring and supporting junior finance team members
Successful Applicant:
  1. ACA / ACCA / CIMA qualified
  2. Minimum 5 years’ experience in a senior finance role
  3. Strong background in telecoms or a related industry
  4. Proven experience in producing financial reports, budgeting, and cashflow management
  5. Excellent Excel and financial system skills (Power BI and Access a plus)
  6. Commercially minded with strong business acumen
  7. Proactive, detail-oriented, and confident working closely with senior stakeholders
