Main Responsibilities:
- Operate CNC machines to produce precision parts according to specifications.
- Set up and adjust machines, ensuring proper calibration and maintenance.
- Inspect and measure finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues during the machining process.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area.
- Assemble machined components to create finished work piece.
Qualifications:
- Experience operating CNC machines.
- Experience using FANUC series control systems.
- Strong understanding of blueprints and technical drawings.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary and Hours:
- Full time 37.5 hours per week
- Hours 7.50am to 4.50pm Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 12.30pm Friday.
- Salary £24,000 to £30,000 depending on experience
