Graduate Credit Controller

Graduate Credit Controller / £23,000 - £25,000 / St.Helens area / PermanentAdaptable Recruitment are working with a growing business in the St. Helens area who are looking for a Graduate Credit Controller to join their team Job Duties:

• Manage the creation and distribution of credit notes, ensuring all adjustments and reconciliations are processed efficiently
• Oversee the preparation and issuance of invoices, ensuring they are completed accurately and in accordance with established billing procedures
• Accurately allocate incoming cash to the appropriate accounts, ensuring timely reconciliation and resolving any discrepancies
• Monitor and manage overdue accounts, proactively following up on outstanding payments with a focus on minimising risk. This includes maintaining discretion when dealing with both current and historic debt recovery matters.
• Provide support and communicate with wider finance team as needed

Who will I report into?The Credit Controller will report directly into the Credit ManagerWhen will interviews be taking place?Interview's for the role will be happening ASAPIdeal experience?

• Credit Control/Accounts Receivable experience desirable
• AAT Studier / Finance Graduate essential if no experience
• Great communication skills to relay key information
• Good excel and system skills essential
