We are looking for an immediately available experienced credit controller who is able to commit to a three month assignment at a well run and successful company based on the outskirts of Wigan. The client is flexible to hours (35 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities:
The role will involve:
- Manage a diverse ledger
- Efficiently chase payments via telephone and e-mail, logging all calls
- Handle query management
- Keep systems updated
- Address invoice queries
- Send overdue letters
- Collaborate with internal teams
Skills Required:
- Proven experience in credit control
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management abilities
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite
