Rate:£27.11 per hour Umbrella

Duration:6 months (with possible extension)
Working Arrangements:
- Hybrid:Minimum of 3 days on-site per week.
- Hours:Monday to Thursday, 08:00-16:30; Friday, 08:00-13:00, with flexibility on start/finish times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of HR tasks and proactively manage them, providing critical support to the wider facility.
- Work closely with a small HR team of two, contributing to the overall efficiency of HR operations.
- Handle day-to-day HR functions, including employment law compliance, HR processes, and decision-making.
- Provide guidance on GDPR and other relevant compliance regulations.
- 5+ years as an HR Advisor or HR Business Partner, with a strong understanding of GDPR and HR best practices.
- Decision-making and critical thinking
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Solid technical HR knowledge, including employment law and HR processes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential.
