My client is on the search for a Senior Service Desk Analyst to join their growing team. In this role, you'll handle advanced troubleshooting and solve complex technical problems related to hardware, software, networking, and security systems. You'll play a key part in keeping the service desk running smoothly and ensuring customers are happy with the support they receive.

What We're Looking For:* Previous Technical Support or Service Desk role - minimum 2-3 years.* Skilled in Windows and macOS operating systems.* Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Office 365 administration.* Experience using JAMF & PDQ deploy.* Knowledge of ticketing systems and service desk software.* Full UK Driving License
