Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Leadership: Define and shape the digital technology strategy, target architecture, and technology roadmap.
- Innovative Design: Design new digital applications and services to foster a leading digital culture and capability.
- Technical Governance: Manage partner technical relationships to ensure efficient delivery of digital products.
- Solution Support: Research and recommend pragmatic technical solutions to support product teams, highlighting technical considerations for solution delivery.
- Roadmap Planning: Align digital technology teams to work towards a simpler, more manageable digital estate through strategic roadmap planning.
- Agile Processes: Develop architecture processes that align with agile delivery methodologies.
- Detailed Design: Create and maintain design viewpoints that illustrate the detailed workings of the digital architecture landscape.
- Certification: TOGAF or equivalent certification in architecture methods.
- Supplier Management: Experience in third-party supplier management.
- Governance Framework: Experience working within IT Governance, Technical Design Authority, and Change Advisory Boards.
- Technical Expertise: Deep technical experience with key software/hardware technologies, including cloud, cyber, CRM, Microsoft development tools (.NET, API, microservice frameworks), Azure, AWS, mobile app technologies, hosting platforms (SaaS/IaaS/PaaS), and Big Data solutions.
- Lifecycle Understanding: Comprehensive understanding of the full software development lifecycle.
