Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team As an Occupational Therapist you will assess, plan, and deliver therapy services to help individuals regain independence and improve daily living skills. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you’ll create tailored care plans and recommend interventions, equipment, and environmental modifications to support patient well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and treat patients with a variety of physical, mental, and developmental conditions.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide holistic patient care.
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families.
  • Promote independence and well-being by recommending appropriate equipment and modifications.

Qualification:

  • A recognized qualification in Occupational Therapy.
  • Current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC).
  • Previous experience working in a clinical setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
