We are seeking a Business Development Manager with experience selling 'Building Envelope' products to Contractors and Architects.
The role is with a growing company that manufactures and sells roofing membranes, modular building technology, facade fixing solutions, and fenestration products.
The successful candidate will work in the field, primarily across the Midlands and North of England, with one day a week at the company headquarters.
Candidates must demonstrate a track record of selling Building Envelope, Facades, or Cladding products to construction contractors and developers.
The position offers a salary between £70k-£80k, depending on experience, along with benefits such as 23 days holiday, a contributory pension, and an annual company bonus.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager who has sold "Building Envelope" related products into Contractors & Architects.

You will be working for an established & growing company that manufactures & sells one piece roofing membranes, modular building tech, Facade fixing solutions & fenestration products.

Supported by an internal sales team, who will be making appointments with established & new clients, the successful candidate will be based in the field with 1 day in the company HQ.

You will be selling the full range of solutions to Main Contractors, Developers, Façade & Building Envelope specialists , predominately across the Midlands & North of England with occasional trips into London.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of selling Building Envelope / Facades/Cladding construction products into construction contractors & developers.

The successful candidate will benefit from a basic between £70k-£80k ( Dependent Upon Experience) , 23 DH holiday +BH, Contributory pension and a company car or car allowance. There will also be a annual company bonus based on company performance.
