Job Description:Join our Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) team in Staffordshire as a Social Worker and play a key role in ensuring the safety and welfare of vulnerable children and families. This dynamic, fast-paced environment allows you to collaborate with multiple agencies, providing a rewarding opportunity to make a real impact in safeguarding children.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct initial child safety assessments and manage your caseload.

Work alongside multidisciplinary teams, including health, education, and law enforcement, to create and implement intervention plans.

Ensure compliance with social work legislation and best practices.

Maintain accurate records and participate in case reviews.

Provide vital support and guidance to families.
Qualifications:

Recognised social work qualification (e.g., BSc or MA in Social Work).

Registration with Social Work England or equivalent.

Experience in child safeguarding and case management.

Understanding of safeguarding and child protection legislation.
