You will play a pivotal part of Keele's ambitious strategy and how this influences professional services helping to define options for the shape, size and scope of professional service functions in order to maximise the value they add to the University. Working closely with IDS colleagues to ensure services are designed to align with the Enterprise Architecture and meeting the strategic priorities of Keele. The role provides an opportunity for the successful candidate to work on an exciting pipeline of new service transformation and improvement projects. What you'll need to succeed

  • An understanding of a holistic data driven approach to assessing the efficiency and effectiveness of professional services areas
  • Experience leading, managing and developing a team of highly experienced Business Analysts
  • Be enthused by exploratory research allied with the assessment of institutional suitability for alternative target operating models and organisational structures
  • Extensive experience of leading the deployment of standard methodologies for customer journey mapping, business process mapping, service design, user requirements capture and benefits opportunity assessment.
  • Experience mapping business functional requirements with digital systems configuration
  • Extensive experience in supporting the integration of new and existing services, ensuring that new services are tested and implemented appropriately
  • Experience with supporting PS leads and teams to design operating models, and services, which draw down on common design principles
