We are looking for a Marketing Manager with a focus on our Practice Management Solution.  This role involves supporting the Head of Marketing and Communications and leading a team to deliver strategic multi-channel marketing plans. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare sector and be adept at market research, campaign evaluation, and cross-functional collaboration to meet business goals and enhance brand awareness.

Day to Day of the Role:

  • Support the Head of Marketing and Communications in all areas of marketing to drive ROI and achieve business objectives.
  • Develop and manage strategic multi-channel marketing plans for the solution platform.
  • Interpret brand guidelines to create engaging content and provide creative direction to strengthen the brand strategy.
  • Conduct in-depth market research to analyse the competitive landscape of Practice Management Solutions and share insights with the Marketing and Business Development teams.
  • Stay informed on market trends, consumer and product research, industry best practices, and consumer behaviours towards Practice Management Solutions.
  • Lead and manage a team, enabling them to perform their roles effectively.
  • Evaluate and analyse marketing campaigns with the Head of Marketing and Communications to understand ROI and inform future strategies.
  • Collaborate proactively with various teams, including Business Development, Product and Support, and IT, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Work closely with the Head of External Affairs and Stakeholder Engagement to engage, educate, and increase brand awareness within the business sectors.
  • Contribute to strategy and marketing planning with the Head of Marketing and Communications.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with external agencies and suppliers to ensure timely and budget-conscious project completion.
  • Maintain a robust database of customer information to support successful marketing campaigns.
  • Understand and appreciate the importance of legal and regulatory frameworks in marketing activities.
