I am recruiting for a Customer Service Agent with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role is ideal for someone with experience in customer service environments such as retail, hospitality, or contact centres. The successful candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their experience is positive and efficient.



Day to day of the role:

  • Handle incoming calls from customers, providing timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.
  • Interact with customers through email and live chat, ensuring all communication is clear and professional.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Demonstrate excellent written skills to correspond with customers across various platforms.
  • Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues when needed.


Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a customer service environment, such as retail, hospitality, or contact centre.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries with patience and empathy.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
