Customer Service Executive (hybrid working pattern, 3 days office based, 2 days home based)

We are seeking a motivated, experienced and customer-focused individual to join our international client, within their friendly and skilled Customer Service team. If you thrive on supporting international customers, providing top-notch service, and enjoy working collaboratively within a global business environment, then this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end to end order to cash (OTC) process
- Manage and execute all process with operational excellence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the assigned customer portfolio, both internal and external.
- Process customer orders according to policies and manage through delivery.
- Actively monitor open orders to ensure timely and satisfactory delivery to customers.
- Proactively address disruptions in the process, such as material availability or transportation issues.
- Monitor monthly forecast, managing customer order patterns, and addressing issues related to the demand and supply.
- Ensure proper documentation and compliance for export orders.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with customers to understand their needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Supply Chain, Planning, Logistics) and external partners to meet customer experience levels.
- Interact and collaborate with the Finance team to align on rebates and cash collection.
- Suggest and collaborate on simplification initiatives to enhance parts of the current processes.
- Initiate and process customer complaints in line with the complaint management process, including follow-up on potential returns, internal progress, and closure of complaints with customers.
Requirements:
As a Customer Service Executive, you should possess the following added values:
- 2-4 years of professional experience in an international company or B2B environment. (Essential)
- Knowledge of other languages is an asset. But not essential.
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused mentality.
- Ability to multitask in a dynamic business environment.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
