Our client is seeking a dedicated French-speaking Customer Service Administrator with strong IT proficiency. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service and handle data entry tasks for valued customers, ensuring seamless and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities of the French-Speaking Customer Service Administrator:

  • Accurately input and manage customer data.
  • Provide detailed information and support to European agencies.
  • Effectively use Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Investigate court summons and work to minimize associated costs.
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Manage tasks independently to meet daily production targets.
  • Ensure all work meets the quality standards set by the client.
  • Perform various other duties as assigned to support team objectives.
