Job Title: Temporary Administrator (Ongoing)
Location: Staines, TW18
Reports To: Office Manager
Job Summary: The Temporary Administrator will provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office on an ongoing basis. This role involves handling a variety of tasks related to organization and communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Organise and schedule meetings and appointments.
- Maintain contact lists..
- Develop and maintain a filing system.
- Book travel arrangements.
- Submit and reconcile expense reports.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Act as the point of contact for internal and external clients.
- Liaise with executive and senior administrative assistants to handle requests and queries from senior managers.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an administrator or similar role.
- Solid knowledge of office procedures.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular)
- Familiar with BACAS system (can be trained).
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
Working Conditions:
- Monday - Friday (8.30 - 4.30 )
- Office environment.
Salary: £13.50 (PH)
