Air Export Operator

Bennett and Game are working alongside a large business who provide international freight forwarding, shipping, warehousing, customs brokerage and customs clearance, including all relevant logistic services. They providing personalized professional logistical solutions by land, sea, and air. They are currently looking for an Air Export Operator for their role based in Heathrow.

Within this role you will be responsible for all aspects of Air Export movements (including customs). The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience in Air & Sea freight. Previous experience/knowledge of the industry and be dealing with all the clients ensuring their shipments are dealt with in an efficient and timely manner.

A-Z export operations including:

• AWBs
• NESs
• Airline relations
• Land Transportation

• Minimum 2 years' experience in Air Freight
• Preferably have working experience of Boxtop system
• Experience of both imports and exports - desirable
• Be fully confident in coordinating the movement of all shipments, customs clearances and deliveries.
• Creating all required documentation (MAWB/HAWB, customs entries etc)
• Provide excellent customer service
• Excellent written and communication skills

• Salary - 28000 - 38000 (DOE)
• Pension
• Mon - Fri - Standard Working hours
