Are you a seasoned electrical professional with a knack for leadership and a passion for high standards?

We're on the hunt for an Electrical Maintenance Manager to be the powerhouse behind our client’s dynamic facilities team.

In this pivotal role, you’ll work side-by-side with the NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor to keep the lights on—literally and figuratively—across the multi-site operations.

From quoting and scheduling to compliance and team leadership, you’ll make sure everything runs safely, smoothly, and by the book.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Quoting and estimating for reactive maintenance jobs—your numbers are sharp and spot-on
  • Scheduling and allocating the right people, in the right place, at the right time
  • Ensuring all works meet safety and statutory standards (with QS support)
  • Acting as the go-to for clients—building trust and keeping comms crystal clear
  • Leading and developing your team—fostering growth, training, and top-tier troubleshooting

What You Bring:

  • Electrical qualifications (HND, NVQ Level 3 or similar)
  • Experience managing electrical maintenance in a fast-paced, multi-site or FM environment
  • Expert knowledge of compliance, safety, and certification processes
