Your Role
As an IT Support Technician, you will:
- Deliver all aspects of IT support, including onboarding, maintaining, training, and offboarding users and assets.
- Respond to support requests, log issues, and ensure compliance with internal policies and processes.
- Prioritise responses, deliver technical support, and resolve hands-on issues following standard operating procedures.
- Maintain and support systems, including Windows clients, servers, and networks.
- Manage cybersecurity measures, such as firewalls, backups, and antivirus software.
- Support and maintain devices like PCs, phones, mobiles, printers, and switches.
- Ensure information and cybersecurity records are updated to support audits and compliance.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in IT support roles.
- Strong teamwork skills and the ability to create positive user experiences.
- Experience managing and maintaining Windows domains, PCs, Microsoft Exchange, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of securing Windows clients, servers, and networks.
- The ability to support the full lifecycle of users and assets, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Experience in disaster recovery activities.
