We are on the lookout for a part time Finance Assistant to join a lovely company who are based in Stanmore, Harrow!

We are looking for someone who has both accounts payable and accounts receivables experience, who also has experience using QuickBooks and who has great communication skills.

Do you have bookkeeping experience? Are you able to work 3 full days per week? Do you have strong communication skills?

Finance Assistant Duties:

• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Process invoices and payments
• Reconcile bank statements
• Prepare financial reports
• Monitor cash flow and budgeting activities
• Maintain accurate records
