About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and passionate Maths Teacher to join a dynamic department in a thriving secondary school. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Maths curriculum and a desire to foster a positive learning environment. You will inspire students to reach their full potential, support them through their academic journey, and contribute to the schools wider development.


Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver engaging and effective Maths lessons to students in Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
Use innovative teaching methods to promote understanding and enthusiasm for the subject.
Assess student progress regularly and provide constructive feedback to help them improve.
Maintain a positive, supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Maths curriculum and support the overall academic development of the school.


About You:
Qualified teacher status (QTS) or equivalent.
A passion for teaching Maths and helping students succeed.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with students and staff.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage classroom behaviour effectively.
A positive, enthusiastic approach to teaching and learning.
