A vibrant architectural practice based in Hertfordshire is seeking an innovative and experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their talented team. The RIBA-chartered practice works on residential, commercial and retail projects and are known for their creative approach to design. The team is looking for a driven individual who can lead and manage projects from concept to completion.

The successful Senior Architectural Technologist will have significant experience post qualification and should be comfortable managing a team. You will enjoy running projects through all RIBA stages and will have creative design flare alongside good technical abilities.

Skills, Experience and Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:

  • Relevant degree or an HNC/HND in Architectural Technology
  • Significant experience post qualification
  • Proven track record of running projects through all RIBA stages
  • Lead a small team to design and develop projects across a range of sectors
  • Excellent knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors and consultants throughout the project lifecycle
  • Prepare detailed architectural drawings
  • Proficient using Revit and AutoCAD
  • Must live within Hertfordshire
