Finance Manager - Part Time

£55-60k FTE depending on experience

Berkhamsted - office based

We are working exclusively with a well-regarded, company, with huge expansion plans over the coming years. Are you a part qualified Finance Manager with previous experience in a similar role, ideally with estates, or property industry experience? This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a beautiful location, with fantastic development opportunities.

As Finance Manager you will be responsible for; 

? Managing and implementing new financial policies and procedures? Preparing accurate monthly financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.? Overseeing the budgeting, financial forecasting, and cash management strategies.? Managing payroll, invoicing, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to ensure timely transactions.? Variance analysis and provide actionable insights to senior management for decision-making.? Compliance with statutory accounting standards and tax regulations.? Coordination with external auditors and accountants for annual audits and financial compliance.? Provide financial analysis and support for investment decisions, including property acquisitions and capital improvements.? Assisting in the development and monitoring of financial KPIs to drive performance improvements across the estate.? Advise on financial planning and risk management.

Qualifications:? Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or related field. And, or a professional qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, or similar is highly desirable.

? Proven experience in a finance management role, preferably within the real estate, property management, or related sector.? Strong understanding of financial and accounting principles, including GAAP.? Proficiency in financial software and systems, as well as MS Office Suite, particularly Excel.? Excellent analytical, organizational, and strategic planning skills.? Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly to non-financial colleagues.? Independent worker with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.? High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.
