Client Details

Our client is a reputable organisation in the Leisure industry, who are continuously expanding their UK presence. They have offices nationally, however this role will be based in Stevenage, supporting circa 50 employees with the full employee lifecycle. They are currently looking for someone to join on a part time basis, with flexible hours. As a HR Generalist you will be involved in a variety of projects, administration, employee relations, recruitment, reward and benefits etc.

Description

  • Providing expert HR advice and coaching to managers and employees.
  • Facilitating talent development initiatives and training.
  • Managing employee relations and conflict resolution.
  • Assisting in the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Implementing and promoting HR policies and procedures.
  • Contributing to the enhancement of the company culture and employee engagement.
  • Ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Participating in HR projects as required.

Profile

A successful Part Time HR Generalist should have:

  • Proven experience in a HR generalist role.
  • Comfortable working in a standalone HR capacity (support will be available at all times, however other members of HR are based in different offices)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively with different colleagues.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
  • Proficiency in HR systems and digital tools.
  • Live locally to Stevenage
