This organisation is going through a period of change, and therefore are now looking for an experienced HR Professional to support with a number of projects over the coming year, on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract. This is an additional role in the team which will support across a wide variety of HR/OD/ Change related projects therefore we are looking for someone with extensive experience in a Senior HR capacity
Projects will include: Looking at the EDI offering, OD/ change work, and supporting/ coaching leaders in the business as and when required, supporting on ER casework as needed alongside the People Partner. Also, it would be a real advantage if this someone has significant TUPE experience. Also ideally, you will have people management experience, as this individual will be managing one person in the team, but equally able to deliver on projects too and work autonomously alongside Senior Leader.
Skill set should include:
- EDI experience
- Changing policies
- Knowledge of Employment Law
- Dealing with complex ER cases
- M&A activity- TUPE, OD and change projects
We are looking for candidates with commercial experience for this opportunity- where you have been exposed to lots of change and can evidence specifically where you have lead on projects.
This role can be 4 days/week, or work condensed hours. Typically, you will be in the office 50% of the time, but with some flexibility to 2 days a week.
In terms of timing, they are looking to interview w/c 24th February, and ideally start Mid March, so please only apply if you are available immediately, or can be available to start reasonably quickly! (Certainly 4 weeks or less notice).
