Ambulance Administrator - Ambulance Service

£13.92ph (£25,329)

We are currently seeking experienced customer service individuals, to join the Ambulance Service as an Administrator

As an Administrator you would be responsible for dealing with day-to-day administrative duties and any other relevant duties to help run the Emergency Operations Ambulance Services within a given area.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for day-to-day administrative duties and any other relevant duties, as requested including HR paperwork, ad hoc reports, and gathering information for complaints
  • Liaises between hospital staff, communication centres, transport offices and ambulance crews to ensure patients are converted in an effective and efficient manner
  • Produce planned reports such as sickness absence monitoring information, annual leave analysis, and control room sheets and other ad hoc reports, as required
