Job Title: Service Coordinator

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:00AM - 16:30PM, fully office based
We are seeking a dedicated and organised Service Coordinator to join our client in Stevenage.
The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in scheduling, administration, confident communication, and have a good understanding of geography.
Key Responsibilities of a Service Coordinator:
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to service activities.
- Communicate effectively with clients, service technicians, and other stakeholders.
- Utilise geographical knowledge to optimise service routes and schedules.
- Handle administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and reporting.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address any client inquiries or concerns.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in scheduling and administration.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good geographical knowledge, particularly of Hertfordshire
- Proficiency in using scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
