Tax Senior / Assistant Manager Opportunity - Stockport

We are currently recruiting for an ambitious Tax Senior / Associate Manager to join a growing firm in Stockport. This is an excellent opportunity for a driven individual looking to develop their expertise within corporate tax while working alongside experienced Tax Partners and Managers.

Role Purpose:

In this position, you will deliver corporation tax compliance services to a diverse range of corporate clients, including large groups. While the focus will be primarily on compliance (approximately 75%), you will also have opportunities to contribute to a variety of exciting tax advisory projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation and review of corporation tax provisions, tax journals, and reconciliations.Completing and reviewing corporation tax computations for a range of corporate clients.Managing tax groups, including consolidations and loss apportionments.Supporting and mentoring junior team members and assisting the wider firm with corporation tax queries.Assisting with corporation tax advisory work to support ongoing client needs.Effectively managing costs, billing, and recoveries for your designated client portfolio.
