An award winning innovative provider of employee engagement software / SaaS is looking to add 2x SDR (sales development representatives) to their UK team due to 1 of the current team being promoted to AE and growth for the UK teamThe Role: As a SDR (senior sales development representative) you will be working in an sales development (with minimal cold calling) role targeting clients across a range of verticals that have shown an interest in their offering through events, web leads, marketing leads etc. You will be pro-active targeting prospects through both digital outreach and phone based activity to develop leads for the senior sales team to close.The Candidate: You will be an articulate SDR (sales development representative) / internal sales professional with a track record of working in an outbound sales environment. Any exposure to employee engagement or HR software would be advantageous however not essential as full training is given. What is more important is that you have a genuine desire to be successful are happy to work in a fast paced environment where you can develop your career based on your results with a growing company that has a track record of promoting from withinThe Package: On offer is a very attractive package with a base salary of between £35,000-£40,000 depending on experience (which may be negotiable for the right person), pension, health and uncapped ote £10,000-£12,000 with an accelerator once you surpass your target.
