The Role
Working in our projects team you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of restaurant, bar, and hotel fit-out projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. as the primary point of contact between clients, designers, subcontractors, and internal teams, managing all aspects of project planning, coordination, and delivery. This includes scheduling, resource allocation, budget control, risk management, and quality assurance. You will ensure a seamless process from concept to completion.
The Person
Do you have a proven background in managing complex projects, particularly in the hospitality or construction sectors, and be adept at balancing multiple tasks under pressure. You will need to be proactive, able to foresee potential challenges, and skilled in problem-solving to keep projects on track. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for managing teams, liaising with clients, and working with subcontractors.
