We are seeking an experiencedSite Managerto oversee a32-apartment projectin Stockport. The development consists of a 5-storeyLightweight Steel Framebuild, and the ideal candidate will have successfully completed at least one similar project in the past 5 years

Salary:Circa £56,000 + Car Allowance
Hours:40 hours per week

Qualifications:
Whats On Offer:
We are open to considering candidates who do not hold the NVQ Level 6 qualification, provided they have provenlightweight steel frame experienceon apartment blocks and havecompleted at least one full projectin the past five years. This flexibility is aimed at expanding our pool of qualified candidates while maintaining the core requirements.

- NVQ in Site Management (desirable but not essential if you have significant relevant experience)
- Temporary Works Coordinator
- SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme)
- First Aid Certification
Whats On Offer:
- Salary:Up to £56,000 per year + £4,000 car allowance
- Annual Leave:33 days including 8 bank holidays
- Pension:5% company pension contribution
- Hours:40-hour work week
