We are seeking a diligent and organised Personal Assistant with excellent communication skills to join our client in the property industry, based in Stockport.

Description

  • Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Finance Director
  • Managing diaries, coordinating meetings and appointments.
  • Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handling confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
  • Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
  • Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
  • Organising and maintaining the office and assisting in ways that optimise procedures.
  • Communicating effectively with internal departments and external clients.
