What will you be doing as a Purchase Ledger Clerk?

Processing purchase invoices and reconciling supplier/subcontractor statements
Handling supplier invoice queries and ensuring timely resolutions
Preparing monthly payment runs and setting up payments via Bankline
Maintaining the purchase ledger and assisting with forecasting
Supporting month-end and year-end finance procedures

Experience in purchase ledger processing and bank reconciliations
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
Knowledge of financial systems and confidence working with payments
