The Opportunity

This is an awesome 12 month assignment for an experienced Transactional Manager / P2P Manager - lots of flexibility - working from home 4 days per week.

Are you an immediately available, experienced Purchase to Pay (P2P) professional with a passion for coaching and mentoring? Exciting opportunity for a dynamic and dedicated P2P Manager to lead a team on a fixed-term, 1-year maternity cover contract.

As the Purchase to Pay Manager, you will lead a team of 6 talented professionals, overseeing all aspects of P2P management. Your natural ability to coach and mentor will be key to driving the team's success and ensuring the smooth running of our P2P operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end P2P process, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 6, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
  • Manage vendor relationships and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

You will need:

  • Proven experience in all aspects of P2P management.
  • Strong leadership skills with a natural talent for coaching and mentoring.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, with 1 day per week in the office near Stockport.
  • A proactive and problem-solving mindset.
