Description
- Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to the Finance Director
- Managing diaries, coordinating meetings and appointments.
- Preparing and editing correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Handling confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
- Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing.
- Screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate.
- Organising and maintaining the office and assisting in ways that optimise procedures.
- Communicating effectively with internal departments and external clients.
Profile
- A strong academic background.
- Proficiency in MS Office and English.
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong decision-making skills.
