Duties:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Answering phone calls and helping with customer queries and issues
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Processing ordersÂ
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Responding to customer emails
-Â Â Â Â Â Â General postal duties including scanning
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Handling invoicesÂ
The successful candidate will have:
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Strong communication skills
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Excellent telephone abilities
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word
-Â Â Â Â Â Â Experience using SAGE 50
