Reed are currently seeking experienced Purchase Ledger Clerks for an immediate start, to join our client based in Stockton on a full-time, temporary basis. This role is crucial for clearing a backlog of invoices and maintaining accurate financial records. Day-to-day of the role:- Clearing a backlog of invoices in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring all payments are completed on time.
- Liaising with suppliers and resolving any potential invoice discrepancies.
- Working within a dynamic team to meet tight deadlines and contribute to the overall financial health of the organisation.
- Previous experience in a Purchase Ledger Clerk role or similar is desirable.
- Available to start immediately.
- Strong numerical skills and excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently.
- Competitive hourly rate of £12.50.
