Job Description: HSEQ/Business Support Administrator

Position: HSEQ/Business Support Administrator

Location: Stockton-on-Tees

Working Hours: 08:30 - 16:30 or 09:00 - 17:00, with some flexibility to accommodate business needs

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented HSEQ/Business Support Administrator to join our team and assist in managing all administrative and document control tasks related to HSEQ and business support. This office-based role offers a diverse range of tasks that require both collaborative and independent work, providing opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities: -

  • Manage all administrative and document control tasks related to HSEQ and business support
  • following company procedures and standards
  • Provide support to the HSEQ Manager/Director in various HSEQ responsibilities
  • Collaborate with team members and work independently to complete tasks proactively
  • Utilise Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to efficiently complete tasks
  • Demonstrate proficient IT skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced construction environment
  • Prior familiarity with ISO standards is preferable but not essential.

Experience Requirements: -

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administration and document control
  • Previous experience in the construction industry is required
  • Previous experience in an HSEQ administration role is preferable
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience working in a fast-paced construction environment is required
  • Familiarity with ISO standards is preferable
  • Qualification in business administration or document control (or working towards) is preferable.
