Hybrid Nurse/Physiotherapist/Paramedic

Monday - Friday - 5 Days - 37.5hrs

4 days - 30 hours

As a Hybrid Clinician you will triage patients and provide detailed case reports for the DWP, working within a multidisciplinary team (MDT) of Allied Health Professionals (AHPs).

Responsibilities:

路 Conduct a combination of file-work and face-to-face assessments of customers regarding various benefits, providing detailed reports to the DWP. File-work involves reviewing medical evidence in written or electronic format to determine the necessity of a face-to-face assessment. Assessments focus on how disabilities impact customers' daily work-related activities.

路 Utilize IT software programs to support clinical decision-making during file-work and examinations.

路 Provide comprehensive reports to enable DWP Decision Makers to make informed benefit claim decisions.


Requirements:

路 Minimum of 2 years' acute clinical experience

路 Broad-based clinical experience in an acute setting

路 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

路 A positive, empathetic, and professional manner

路 Strong computer and IT skills

路 Right to work in the UK

路 Ability to work autonomously and as part of a targeted team

路 Adaptability and flexibility under pressure
