Development Project Manager

Stockton-on-Tees (Hybrid Working), covering Teesside, County Durham and North Yorkshire

£41,229 - £43,702 plus Essential Car User Allowance

Full Time 35 hours per week

What are we looking for?

You will join our small Development Team to deliver our growth aspirations and much needed affordable housing in the region.

You will have your own delivery projects to manage from start to finish and therefore you will have substantial experience of managing new build and purchase contracts, including within Homes England guidelines.

You will be a problem solver and a creative thinker with a track record in improving service delivery and delivering an excellent customer service.

You will enjoy working with autonomy and trust and in being proud of what you deliver.
