Catch 22 is working with one of the UK's top Facilities Management Contractors who is seeking to appoint an experienced Air Conditioning Engineer with suitable qualifications and experience in a similar role to cover healthcare establishments across the North East.  Â

The successful Air Conditioning Engineer will have the following:
- Knowledge of PPM's and reactive maintenance.
- Knowledge of building services, i.e.: CWS systems, Fan coil Units, fire alarm systems (for testing purposes), AHU's, boilers first fix etc
- A reasonable level of experience in an FM or building services maintenance position is essential.
- F-Gas qualification essential
- A Full driving license.
- A pro-active attitude and excellent communication skills including verbal and the written word.
- The ability to form relationships with clients and to exceed customer expectation.
- Approachable demeanour and a demonstrable commitment to team working.
- A commitment to continuing professional development.
- Willing to partake in all building services disciplines including plumbing and fabric works.
The benefits for the successful Air Conditioning Engineer:
- Salary around £38,000 depending on experience
- 28 Days holidays including bank holidays.
- Permanent - 40 hours, flexible working hours
- Opportunities for overtime and additional payment through on call rota.
