Overview

An established retail organisation in Stoke-on-Trent have recently approached Mitchell Adam for assistance with their search for a Graduate Accountant. This organisation are seeking a talented and energetic individual to join their team and provide a tremendous level of support and guidance for those transitioning into the role. Their offices are easily accessible via car due to their on-site car park and the organisation provides the open to work in a hybrid working style. There is the opportunity for study support in this role.

Our client is hoping to bring on a Graduate Accountant with a strong technical knowledge or prior experience with the Purchase Ledger. This role will see you working with a team of experienced colleagues who will be able to assist you with your responsibilities. Your role will include responsibilities such as processing invoices, completing thorough reconciliations on the bank and liaising and communicating with suppliers. There is a real opportunity here to work in an experienced team and take on new responsibilities which could help better your career.

Skills Required
  • To have an excellent communication style and a strong level of professionalism.
  • To have a key eye for detail and motivation to produce a high quality of work.
  • To have an accounting related degree, or to have some relevant experience in an accounting position.
